This service is available in all Bernardaud boutiques in France and New York. Our sales team will be happy to assist you in choosing and creating your personalized gift to create a unique experience!

Delivery and return

Delivery happens within 15 days by Colissimo. The order is processed the day it is received and following the availability of the items ordered, its preparation can take between 2 and 12 days.

You have 15 days after the delivery of your order to return for a refund the items if you don't want to keep. The refund of your order will happen as soon as possible.The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel.

Advice and care

When you choose Bernardaud, you choose superior quality. Our porcelain is practical and ideal for everyday use, because it is dishwasher-safe, oven-safe and microwave-safe - unless it is decorated with a precious metal. All Bernardaud porcelain pieces - dinnerware sets, jewelry, candleholders, lamps, vases and other decorative objects - are very easy to clean using the soft side of a scrub sponge, warm water and regular dishwashing liquids. However, make sure never to use the abrasive side of the sponge.
