The order is processed the day it is received and following the availability of the items ordered, its preparation can take between 2 and 12 days.

Fedex Economy guarantees the delivery of your order between 2 to 5 days in Europe.

You have 14 days after the delivery of your order to return for a refund the items if you don't want to keep.
The refund of your order will happen as soon as possible.

The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel.

Advice and care

Our porcelain is practical and ideal for everyday use, because it is dishwasher-safe, oven-safe and microwave-safe - unless it is decorated with a precious metal. All Bernardaud porcelain pieces – dinnerware sets, jewelry, candleholders, lamps, vases and other decorative objects – are very easy to clean using the soft side of a scrub sponge, warm water and regular dishwashing liquids. However, make sure never to use the abrasive side of the sponge.
