🐭 Let's give the spotlight to cheese, an essential part of the French meal! But do you know how to compose a proper cheese platter?

👨‍🍳 Visit a good cheesemonger who will be able to advise you and offer you the best seasonal produces

👌 Choose an odd number of cheeses: 3, 5 or 7 in general, depending on the number of guests

🌈 Vary the pleasures by diversifying colors, textures and milks (cow, goat, ewe)

⏱️ Arrange the cheeses clockwise, following the order of tasting: from mildest to most intense

🔪 Add an extra knife to your platter for runny or strong-flavored cheeses

🧀 Present cheeses with the first slice cut off for easy serving

🍇 Garnish your platter with grapes, figs or jams for even more indulgence

🥖 Offer your guests several types of bread: baguette, cereal, toast, dark bread, walnut...

⏳ Last but not least: don't forget to take your tray out 30 minutes before tasting, because cheese delivers all their aroma at room temperature!
