Delivery happens within 15 days by Fedex Economy.The order is processed the day it is received and following the availability of the items ordered, its preparation can take between 2 and 12 days.

You have 14 days after the delivery of your order to return for a refund the items if you don't want to keep. The refund of your order will happen as soon as possible.The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel.

Care advice

Here are tips for safely prolonging the life of your Bernardaud candle:

- The first time you burn your candle, allow it to burn for at least one hour until the whole top is liquid with wax, then 2 or 3 hours on future uses.

- Trim the wick regularly - by shortening the wick you allow it to burn more slowly and avoid unsightly black smoke marks around the edge of the porcelain. After blowing out your candle, re-center and straighten the wick.

- Choose an area free from drafts and do not move your candle while it is lit to avoid uneven burning.

- Never leave a lit candle unattended to avoid any fire risk. Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabric or drapes and out of children's reach.
