Delivery happens within 15 days by Fedex Economy.
The order is processed the day it is received and following the availability of the items ordered, its preparation can take between 2 and 12 days.
Fedex Economy guarantees the delivery of your order between 2 to 5 days in Europe.
You have 15 days after the delivery of your order to return for a refund the items if you don't want to keep.
The refund of your order will happen as soon as possible.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel.

Hand-wash or dishwasher?
You can hand-wash your mug and its sleeve, as well as its lid, using a soft sponge and standard washing-up liquid. Be careful, however, not to use the abrasive side of the sponge, which can damage the decorations and create micro-scratches on the silicone.
You can also safely put your mug and its sleeve, as well as its lid, in the dishwasher! Make sure you choose a low-temperature program and do not exceed the recommended dose of product. On a daily basis, we advise you to clean your mug without removing its sleeve. If, over time, dirt forms at the seam, don’t hesitate to remove it and put it in the dishwasher.
Using the microwave
All our models are microwave-safe, with the exception of those decorated with precious metals (gold or platinum).
