PRUNE NOURRY

Prune Nourry is a young French artist who lives and works in New York.
Mainly sculptor - she graduated with honors in 2006 from Ecole Boulle with a major in wood sculpture - Prune works through interactive performances, large ephemeral installations, photography and film. Based on research and interviews with scientists, she engages the audience to reflect on societal issues spurred by Human evolution.
She focuses on one particular issue: the use of science to select the «perfect» child. The artist has shown her work across the world in Paris, Geneva, Brussels, New York, New Delhi...
