A lover of the Hellenic world, Olivier Gagnère has created the Ikaria collection of vases, named after a small island in the Aegean Sea, near which Icarus is said to have fallen into the sea after getting too close to the sun. A collection of vases that pay homage to the aesthetics of Ancient Greece: their powdered white porcelain shape recalls the fluting of temple columns, and their collar, that of the capitals adorning their tops.

The timeless aesthetics and universal colors of these vases allow them to shine in any type of interior, from the most graphic and sleek to the most classic and richly ornamented. Their relatively narrow, round neck will easily hold a round bouquet. But their perfectly-proportioned, architectural lines make them self-sufficient: with or without flowers, they'll look great on tables, consoles and sideboards.
